According to Slipknot, People = Shit. That’s their equation and I’m not going to argue with it (there’s more of them and they’re all bigger than us, apart from the drummer.) Our equation, however, is July = Blog…we’re clearly a lot tamer than Slipknot.
We’ve been very busy in the past month, working on our live set and writing new material…we’ve even begun incorporating a sixth Code! (This is not because we wish to match/fight Slipknot.) If any Londoners wish to hear some of our new material, we are more than likely to be playing it at our FREE entry show at The Macbeth on the 19th of this month. We have an amazing night in store with some comedy and 2 other great acts; our good friend and label mate Rival Consoles as well as the amazing Black Market Karma (be sure to get there for these guys, you won’t regret it!)
We also played a show at the Relentless Garage supporting our old friends This Will Destroy You, it was great hanging out with them again and they were amazing as usual. With all of us having been to several gigs throughout our teen years at The Garage, it was an amazing feeling being on stage there, so thanks to everyone who turned up and saw our set, you were wonderful.
We’re really excited to be heading back to Germany to play at the Haldern Pop Festival, the line up looks incredible and we can’t wait to play our songs over there again. UK and EU tours are currently being booked for the end of the year as well as some one off shows around Europe, so keep a look out for further announcements there!
In other news, we shall be filming a video at some point this month for our next single…but that’s all the information I’m giving you! You have to guess which song it is!
